ICE-Trained by Israel with Funding by the FBI, Homeland Security and DoD

January 28, 2026 — "To what extent can you pursue criminals in your own country?" Tucker Carlson speaking about ICE in Minneapolis. I remember when 'strategy' within military and police operations was implemented to capture criminals, including illegal immigrants. Strategy entails using the fewest to capture the many. There are currently 3,000 federal officers, including ICE, in Minneapolis. There are roughly 80,000 to 130,000 ilegals in Minnesota, a state of 6 million. It is estimated that roughly 10% of these illegal's are in Minneapolis. Thus, the WH sent 3,000 federal agents to arrest 8,000 to 13,000 illegal's. To date they have arrested 3,000 'including protesters' and killed two Americans.

Who is organizing the anti-ICE protests? Indivisible, ACLU, and Public Citizen. Indivisible: Registered with the IRS. Based in Washington, DC. They have an Action PAC with 2,413 donors in 2024. Their donors are listed on Open Secrets. One such donor is Families USA Foundation which played a significant role in enacting Obama's ACA. Their director is Frederick Isasi, JD. They have a Wikipedia page. WHY doesn't the FBI investigate?

There are two directors running Indivisible: Leah Greenberg and Ezra Levin. They are married. They have been featured in the NYT, WAPO, CNN, MSNBC, etc. Ezra wrote a book. They are Jewish and have a national presence. Why isn't Homeland Security investigating them for inciting the ICE riots? . . . They have sued the Trump administration 30 times since the inauguration. IF their actions are the source of the anti-Ice riots, why isn't the FBI investigating them? The DOJ? President Trump determined 66 Organizations 'Contrary to the Interests of the US'

January 28, 2026 — Just prior to another unconstitutional murder of a US citizen in Minneapolis, President Donald Trump issued Executive Order No. 14199 entitled "Withdrawing the United States from International Organizations, Conventions or Treaties that are Contrary to the Interests of the United States". In another attempt to avoid Congressional Action which would probably question why or object to why this ban was initiated, the President ordered the Secretary of State and the US Representative to the UN to conduct a review of all international intergovernmental organizations of which the US is a member and provides funding or other support. That order also included examination of all conventions and treaties to which the US is a party in order to determine which organizations are 'contrary to the interests of the USA'.

The Secretary of State reported his findings to the President and after 'deliberating with my Cabinet' (all of which are predominately bobbing heads) the President determined 'it is contrary to the interests of the United States to remain a member of, participate in, or otherwise provide support' thus 'pursuant to the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America,' the President ordered all Federal government executive departments and agencies to effect withdrawal of the United States from the list of 66 organizations asap.

Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution states "The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America" for a term of four years. With no other specific details of when that executive power may be invoked; under the assumption that any President of the United States would be mindful of its Constitutional responsibilities and requirements to include the American public in those 'executive decisions'.

In formulating EO 14199, there is no information regarding how the Secretary of State conducted the review 'of all international intergovernmental organizations of which the US is a member' including no definition identifying specifically what characteristics were determined to be 'contrary to the interests of the United States?'.

The EO provided no details including how that list had been prioritized, what criteria was used to make that determination, including how was the decision made to eliminate the US from sixty six assorted international organizations, some of which were UN affiliated organizations, with no explanation of how each organization failed to meet the 'contrary to the interests of the United States' test.

In other words, there was no public process or involvement at any level for the American public to voice its agreement or objection to what appears to have been an arbitrary selection for the removal of 66 international organizations declared to be 'contrary to the interests of the United States.' Ezekiel 36, 37, 38 & 39

In 975BC the Kingdom of Israel was divided into two Kingdoms, Solomon's son Jeroboam ruled ten Tribes in the Northern Kingdom of Israel, and his brother Rehoboam ruled two Tribes, Judah and Benjamin in the Southern Kingdom of Judah.

II Peter 3:8, "one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day." Our second witness is Hosea 6:1-3, (4-11). "Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for He has torn (Israel from Judah), and He will heal us; He has smitten, and He will bind us up. After two days He will revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in His sight. Then shall we know if we follow on to know the LORD: His going forth is prepared as the morning; and He shall come to us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth".

AD2026 approaches the "third day" of 1,000 years since Israel was divided into two independent kingdoms. From 975BC + AD1948 = 2,923 years in which there was no Israel nation. The State of Israel was officially established on May 14, 1948, upon the termination of the British Mandate in Palestine. The United States, through President Harry S. Truman, recognized the new nation with Joseph Stalin, General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR that same day; other nations followed shortly after. At 2,998 years we are two years short of the "third day," with great expectations in 2026 or 2027. President Truman was the 33rd President of the United States and a 33rd Degree Mason.

Matthew 26:59-63, "The chief priests, and elders, and the Sanhedrin Council, sought false witness against Jesus, to put Him to death . . . at last came two false witnesses who declared, this fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days." The high priest arose, and said, "Have you no answer to make?" But Jesus was silent as Israel's high religious authorities had no revelation of the Law of the Kinsman Redeemer (Exodus 12:1-11). The blood of sheep and goats was but a temporary covering and type of Israel's "near Kinsman Redeemer," Creator of heaven and earth Who came to surrender His Life to redeem Israel. Benjamin Disraeli stated, "Language and religion do not make a race–there is only one thing which makes a race, and that is blood." There are ministers in the circle of this Message who fail to recognize that Matthew 27:50-54 is a type, and have no idea (according to the unfolding signs) when the antitype must be fulfilled. Like Israel's high priests, elders and Sanhedrin, they are in sin. The peoples of Israel and the United States are united in sin which is unbelief in the revealed Word of God! Two thousand years ago Paul declared. "Lest you be so self-opinionated I want you to understand this mystery, brethren, that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles comes in." According to Jewish encyclopedias, statistical authorities and DNA research, 90% of Israelis and Jews are non-Semitic and have no history in the Middle East; very likely Japhetic or physical Serpent's seed fair-skinned blue-eyed Khazars from the Ukraine and Poland.

This confirms that the Gentile dispensation is nearing its end as Jesus foretold in Revelation 3:15-17, "I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot: I would you were cold or hot. So then because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue you out of My mouth. Because you say, I am materially rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and know not that spiritually you are blind, wretched and pitiable, bankrupt of the apostolic faith and naked of the Blood".


"The Great and Dreadful Day of the Lord"

Zechariah 14:1 addresses Jerusalem: "Behold, the Great and dreadful Day of the LORD comes, and your spoil shall be divided in the midst of Jerusalem" (Isaiah 13:6-9; Joel 2:1-11). Earthquakes cleaving the Mount of Olives and sinking Los Angeles will announce the Sixth Seal and Israel's Seventh Trumpet (Revelation 6:12-17; 11:15-19) terminating the Gentile dispensation and initiating "the time of Jacob's trouble" (Jeremiah 7:29-30).

All Seven Church Ages are fulfilled; Christ is no longer interceding for ignorance of "that which was in part" (II Corinthians 13:10-13). His Bride has been called and the Rapture has been in process since He revealed the Seven Seals in 1963 (I Thessalonians 4:16; Revelation 10:7). After almost three thousand years Israel is a nation anticipating "the Feast of Trumpets." Moses and Elijah will soon minister in Jerusalem (Revelation 11; 64-0726m, Recognizing Your Day and It's Message, par. 54-73, 283).

144,000 elect Israelites will be excluded by 90% of 9.8 million (2023) non-Semitic Israelis, at enmity with Adam's race and without inheritance on earth. They present as Israelis and Jews, two unscriptural modern English words (Jeremiah 50:4-20; Isaiah 30:26). 2.4 billion nominal Christians (2023 ) are apostate and impersonating the Word for a day gone by; Christ's end-time Bride is so few we are nigh impossible to find.

Zechariah 13:7-9, "Awake, O sword (of Jehovah), against My Shepherd (Jesus Messiah), and against the man that is My Fellow (our near Kinsman Redeemer), says the LORD of hosts: smite the Shepherd and the sheep will be scattered, and I shall turn My hand upon the little ones: 144,000 elect Israelites in Daniel's Seventieth Week (Zechariah 12:10; John 19:37; Revelation 1:7). "And it shall come to pass, that in all the land (of the Covenant) wherein the Lord will undertake the office of a Shepherd, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein".


Very soon Jesus Christ will finish with us Gentiles and return to Abraham's elect physical seed who have returned to the Land of their Covenant

This calls for an understanding of Deuteronomy 31:17, "If a man has two wives, one beloved, and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated: then when he makes his sons to inherit that which he has, he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn: but he shall acknowledge the son of the hated as the firstborn, by giving him a double portion of all that he has: for he is the beginning of his strength; the right of the firstborn is his." Thus Elisha asked a double portion of the Spirit as Elijah it was so that he might become his acknowledged heir and successor (65-0718E, Spiritual Food in Due Season, par. 15).

Zechariah 14:1-5, "Behold, the day of the LORD comes, and your spoil shall be divided in your midst. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city." (Jerusalem will again be the capital of Israel). "Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations (mentioned in Ezekiel 38 and 39) as when He fought in the day of battle. His feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south. And you shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, you shall flee, as you fled before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with Him. Two parts shall be cut off and perish, but the third will be left in it". (Not exile alone but literal death is intended). "And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on My Name, and I will hear them: I will say, it is My people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God".

This frightful sweep of judgment is followed in Ezekiel 5:2-13 where a third part shall perish by pestilence and famine, another third by the sword, and the remaining third which might be recovered again scattered into all the winds. The United States is a type of Israel: what Zechariah prophesied for Israel following the Good Friday earthquake on Nisan 14 at the close of the Gentile dispensation the United States will suffer on the same day and in the same way when Los Angeles sinks beneath the Pacific.

Brother Branham must have been home preparing for his hunting trip, unaware of the appearance of "the sign of Christ's imminent 'parousia' Coming" (Daniel 7:9, Revelation 1:14 and 10:1-7). Dr. James E. McDonald of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, University of Arizona wrote: "Approximately 175 letters have now been received from persons who observed the stratospheric cloud. The Pillar of Cloud led the children of Israel to the Promised Land. Brother Branham witnessed its second appearance when he was caught up from Mount Sunset in the Coronado Forest 40 miles north east of Tucson on March 8, 1963. This marked the close of the Laodicean Church Age and the Lord instructed him to return to his Church in Jeffersonville where He would reveal the mystery of the Seven Seals. Daniel 7:10-14; Zechariah 14:4-5, and Matthew 24:3, 30-31 prophesied a similar public sign will appear on the Mount of Olives following the close of the Gentile dispensation, announcing Christ's second unseen (Gk.) 'parousia' Coming to Israel (Acts 1:6).

Almost 2,000 years have passed since "our Lord Jesus Christ was lifted up from the mount of Olives and a Cloud received Him out of sight. While they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, two men stood by them in white apparel; which also said, You men of Galilee, why stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as you have seen Him go into heaven" (Acts 1:9-11). Sixty-two years have passed since the Pillar of Cloud appeared over Arizona, and the world knows nothing of this Supernatural sign. I believe that when the Pillar of Cloud in the form of the Man Jesus "stands in that day upon the mount of Olives before Jerusalem on the east, the mount of Olives will cleave in its middle toward the east and toward the west by a large valley, so that half of the mountain will move toward then north, and the other half toward the south" (Zechariah 14:4-5). Again few will recognize this fulfillment of prophecy as they are not God's chosen people.

Jewry will abandon Israel and the Middle East in mass exodus to Germany, Poland, Khazaria, Russia, Canada and the USA "from which they won't escape" (54-0103m, Questions & Answers #1, par. 235). The Middle East and North Africa include 20 countries and territories—home to 315 million Muslims (2009), about 20% of the world's Muslim population. When the mount of Olives cleaves it will demolish es Sakhra, the Dome of the Rock, and Al Aqsa Mosque on Temple Mount. There will be no stopping the Muslim invasion. Unlike the genocidal "settlers" with their hereditary "mark of Cain" boasting, "By way of deception thou shalt do war" (Genesis 3:1; 4:15-16). In compensation the Palestinians will possess abandoned Israeli possessions and dwellings, the non-Semitic self-styled Jews and Israelis having utterly destroyed Palestine, leaving them destitute.

The Prophet said, "Remember (non-Semitic) Jews and Israelis were declared a nation at Lake Success by the UNSCOP Committee on May 6, 1946 (UN docs. A/C.I/P.V.46-57 (May 6-13), and the Angel of the Lord appeared to me on May 7, 1946 at Green's Mill, Indiana . . . come into the room where I was at, a Man walking. He didn't have wings; He was just a big man, had a white garment down to His feet. And He said that I was born to pray for sick people. And I told Him I was uneducated, illiterate, and I wasn't able to go. He said I'd be praying for kings and monarchs, and Message around the world, a Message that would bring the second Coming of Christ was near . . . THUS SAITH THE LORD, I said, America made her final decision in 1946. Watch, since then. She's gone, and there's nothing left but judgment and chaos (58-0309M, The Handwriting on the Wall, par. The United Nations made Jerusalem a corpus separatum or international city on November 29, 1947 under Resolution 181 with the land divided between Israel and Palestine according to population. This fulfills Zechariah 14:2, "And the rest of the people will not be cut off from the city of Jerusalem." Zionist President Trump relocated his Embassy in Jerusalem in violation of international law, Israel has stolen Syria's oil and the Golan Heights is now "Donald Trump Heights;" he imposed the Abraham Accords, ISIS, Al Qaeda and the CIA and is constructing an Embassy in Lebanon employing 5,000. The Judeo-Roman Catholic church, not the US will "be MAGA" when the USD and fiat currencies fall prey to Roman gold as the Lord showed Daniel, John and Brother Branham in his sixth apocalyptic vision. "There rose up in America a most beautiful but cruel woman. She held the people in her complete power. I believe this was the rise of the Roman Catholic church" (An Exposition of the Seven Church Ages, p. 322; Daniel 2:40-45; 9:27; Revelation 13:11-18; 17:1-18).

The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) had been recognized as "sole legitimate representative of the Palestinian people," competent on all matters concerning the question of Palestine by the UN General Assembly in addition to the right of the Palestinian people in Palestine to national independence and sovereignty, and was granted observer status at the UN General Assembly as a "non-state entity," from 1974. In mid-November 2011, the PLO submitted an official application to become a full member of the UN. A successful application would require approval from the UN Security Council and a two-thirds majority in the UN General Assembly. However, the Security Council's membership committee deadlocked on the issue and has been "unable to make a unanimous recommendation to the Security Council". The report was the result of seven weeks of meetings, detailing myriad disagreements between the council members on whether Palestine fulfills the requirements set forth in the UN charter for member countries. With their application for full membership stalled, the PLO sought an upgrade in status, from "observer entity" to "non-member observer state." In November 2012, UN General Assembly accepted the resolution upgrading Palestine to "non-member observer state" within the UN, reasserting the PLO as representative of the Palestinians. The PLO declared the establishment of the State of Palestine on November 15, 1988. As of June 2024, the State of Palestine is recognized as a sovereign state by 145 of the 193 member states of the United Nations, and a non-member observer state at the UN since November 2012. This limited status is largely due to the (Jew-ruled) USA, a permanent member of the Security Council with veto power, consistently used or threatened to do so to block Palestine's full UN membership. The existence of a state of Palestine is recognized by the states that have established bilateral diplomatic relations with it. There is a wide range of views on the legal status of the State of Palestine, both among international states and legal scholars.

Palestine is not on level ground with UN member states and confronted by vetoes. However the Gentile dispensation is ending; prophecy declares God's intent to return to Israel and Jerusalem where 144,000 elect Israelites will be filled with the Spirit, baptized, born as a nation in one day and martyred (Isaiah 66:8).

Zechariah 14:2 prophesied, "God will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city (of Jerusalem) shall be taken . . ." following the cleaving of the mount of Olives "the houses will be rifled and the women ravished; half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city" (as it is a corpus separatum wherein all nations, races and religions may enter).

Isaiah 13:6-16 places this at the manifestation the Sixth Seal, Seventh Trumpet and Seventh Vial (Isaiah 29:6; Joel 2:1-32; Zechariah 14:4-5; Revelation 6:12-17; 11:13-15, 19; 16:17-21). I expect this will also take place during Russia's invasion of mainland USA. Brother Branham said, "What's going to happen? There's a Sputnik up there. And what would happen? The nation would surrender, of course; that's the only decent thing the government could do. Then what happens? Wave after wave of ship loads of soldiers; wave after wave of airplanes would land in this nation. The women would be ravished in the streets. What would you do? It belongs to them. Kicked out of your home, they will take it.

What causes that? Because you have listened to such stuff as these television programs on rock-and-roll and sin, and some cold formal preacher not able to interpret the supernatural. The handwriting is on the wall. That's right. And we are weighed in the balance and found wanting.

When could that take place? Before daylight in the morning. Who's going to stop it? Try it. The Bible says it'll happen. But let me tell you, that'll never touch the Church of the living God, we'll be gone by that time" (58-0108, The Handwriting on the Wall, par. 84-88).

The Population of Los Angeles is 3.8 million (2023) against the population of Sydney 5.3 million (2022). The economy of the State of California is the largest in the USA, $4.1 trillion. The USD will crash; Uncle Sam will be busy with his earthquake and an eruption of the Pacific Ring of Fire plus lunar volcanics and tidal waves which will reach Australia's East Coast two hours after Los Angeles sinks. Israel will have its own earthquake to confront. The modern Israel State will be defenseless, finished as a military power. Fearless, the Muslims will walk in and take over Israel following the demolition of their sacred sites, and I foresee the mass exodus of non-Semitic, anti-Semitic so-called Israeli Jews.

"Then our LORD Jesus Christ shall the go forth, and fight against those nations, as when He fought in the day of battle. The Vision of Dry Bones

In about 587BC approximately 2,613 years ago the Spirit transported Ezekiel to a valley of dry bones (Ezekiel 37:1-2). Israel's twelve tribes have yet to return to their Promised Land and find rest with martyrdom therein (Revelation 15). Certainly it appears that "for fear of the Jews" the Ten Tribes remain safely in Semitic Iran and Iraq today, not in the anti-Semitic modern Israeli state.

The Lord asked Ezekiel "Can these dry bones live"? He replied, "O Lord GOD, only You know" (Ezekiel 37:3). So the Lord commanded His prophet to exercise "the third pull" and declare God's Word commanding these bones to live; and he watched the vision as bone came to bone and tendons, flesh and skin covered them (Ezekiel 37:4-8). God commanded Ezekiel to prophesy, "THUS SAITH THE LORD and say to the Spirit, breathe into these slain, that they may come to life, and they became alive and stood upon their feet, a vast army" (Ezekiel 37:9-10). And the Lord said, "These bones represent the whole house of Israel in devastation, and they say, our hope is perished." However the Lord God says, "I will open your graves and bring you out from them. I will put My Spirit in you and you will live, and I will bring you into the land of Israel. Then you will know that I, the Lord have spoken, and done it" (Ezekiel 37:11-14; Hosea 13:14). The rabbis read Ezekiel 36:37 and 37:1-14 about the third day after Passover after the type in Matthew 27:50-54.

You will realize that throughout the Book of Revelation John represents Christ's end-time Bride, so whenever John is mentioned you may replace his name with your own. Likewise in the Book of Ezekiel I believe the prophet Ezekiel represents Israel. But of course God cannot fight for Israel until the second half of Daniel's Seventieth Week when they are born-again.


One Nation with One King

God tells Ezekiel to take two sticks and write on one "For Judah and all the house of Israel associated with him," and on the other stick, "For Joseph, Ephraim, and all the house of Israel associated with him" (Ezekiel 37:15-17). Ezekiel must then join the two sticks as one in his hand, signifying that the two kingdoms will no longer be divided (Ezekiel 37:18-19).

God promises, "I will take the sons of Israel from among the nations whence they have gone, and I will gather them from every side and bring them into their own land. I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel, and one King (Jesus Christ) will rule over all of them. Then they will no longer be two nations and will never again be divided into two kingdoms" (Ezekiel 37:20-22; Isaiah 11:10-16).

God says that apostasies and idolatry will be no more among them (Ezekiel 37:23). "My servant David will be king over them, and there will all have one shepherd" (Ezekiel 37:24). David My servant will be their prince forever. God will make a new and everlasting Covenant with them and set His sanctuary among them forever (Ezekiel 37:25-28).


The Army of Gog and their Evil Intents

Revelation 20:8 takes "Gog and Magog" from Ezekiel as title for "the nations which are on the four corners of the earth." The four horses or Gentile world empires of the apocalypse: Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece and Rome (Revelation 7). Magog represents a complex of nations under Gog, "Chief Prince" (king of kings) of Rosh (Russia); Tubal (Turkey), and Meshech (Moscow), Scythian tribes the sons of Noah's eldest son Japheth. They are under subjection as vassals to Gog. Persia (Iran or Elam, Shem's firstborn) represents the far East; Sudan and (Ethiopia) the remote south, and Phut (Libya, possibly Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco and Mauritania) in the south west. "Gomer, Turkey and possibly East Germany, Austria and all his bands; the house of Togarmah (Phrygians, Armenia, Georgia, and the Turkic-speaking peoples of Central Asia) of the north'.

The Scythians were ancient tribes of nomadic warriors who originally lived in what is now southern Siberia. Their culture flourished from around 900BC to around 200BC, by which time they had extended their influence all over Central Asia–from China to the northern Black Sea.

Sheba and Dedan are Semitic grandsons of Abraham by his third wife Keturah, (not from Ishmael). These Semitic people live in Yemen. These nations will attack the Israelites living peacefully and securely in their land. God will bring together the armies of the nations to do battle against Israel (Ezekiel 38:4-6).

Ezekiel 38:5, 9, 18-22, "Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya are with them, all of them with shield and helmet. You will ascend, coming like a storm, covering the land like a cloud, you and all your troops and many people with you . . . and it will come to pass at the same time, when Gog comes against the land of Israel," says the Lord God, "that My fury will show in My face. For in My jealousy and in the fire of My wrath I have spoken: "Surely in that day there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel, so that the fish of the sea, the birds of the heavens, the beasts of the field, all creeping things that creep on the earth, and all men who are on the face of the earth shall shake at My presence. The mountains shall be thrown down, the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground. "I will call for a sword against Gog throughout all My mountains," says the Lord God. "Every man's sword will be against his brother. And I will bring him to judgment with pestilence and bloodshed; I will rain down on him, on his troops, and on the many peoples who are with him, flooding rain, great hailstones, fire, and brimstone") .

Gog and Magog will deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth (Ezekiel 38;2; 39:1-6; Revelation 7:1; 12:9; 16:14; 20:3, 8-10). We have jumped to the earthquake that will mark the close of the Gentile dispensation when Los Angeles sinks beneath the Pacific and the Mount of Olives cleaves in two in the manifestation of the Seventh Trump and Sixth Seal (Ezekiel 38:4-19). Through Ezekiel, God addresses the descendants of the king of Magog (Sythians, Indo-Iranian nomads). Gog includes many nations with them including Persia. God is against the one they follow whom he calls Gog (Genesis 10:1-2; Ezekiel 38:1-3).

God tells Gog and his allies to prepare for a summons to attack the Israelites who returned and settled in their long desolate land. This call will come in "latter years" (Ezekiel 38:7-9). At that time the Jews will be "a tranquil people dwelling securely, without walls, bars or gates." The nations will be of a mind to attack and pillage (Ezekiel 38:10-12). Military preparations and armies on the march will cause many towns and villages to ask, "Have you come to capture plunder?" (Ezekiel 38:13).

God relays to Ezekiel His message to Gog. The point of this battle is that the nations may know God when by victory he shows himself holy before their eyes (Ezekiel 38:14-16). God says that in former times the prophets warned that nations under antichrist will attack the Israelites. But this time God will be furious and he will attack the attackers (Ezekiel 38:17-18). God says that His zeal will cause a great earthquake on that day (Ezekiel 38:19-20). There will also be confusion among the enemy so that they slaughter each other and God will send huge rain and hail upon the enemy (Ezekiel 38:21-22). God says, "I will magnify and sanctify Myself, and will reveal Myself in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the LORD" (Ezekiel 38:23).


The Slaughter of Gog's Armies

God tells Ezekiel to prophesy against Gog who will bring his armies to the mountains of Israel but God will strike the bow from his left hand and the arrows from his right (Ezekiel 39:1-3). Gog and all his troops will fall (Ezekiel 39:4-5). God will send fire on Magog. The nations of the coastlands will know that God is holy in Israel. It will surely happen. (Ezekiel 39:6-8).

The weapons of the dead will be gathered by the Israelites for fuel. They will plunder those who plundered them (Ezekiel 39:9-10). Gog and the multitude of his armies will be buried in Israel by the Israelites (Ezekiel 39:11-13). The land of Israel will be carefully and systematically cleansed of the dead (Ezekiel 39:14-16). Ezekiel is to call every bird and beast to assemble, after the carnage, to eat the flesh of the mighty and drink the blood of princes (Ezekiel 39:17-20).


Israel to Be Restored

God recalls how He sent Israel into exile, into the hands of their enemies, because of their rebellion and sin (Ezekiel 39:21-24). Now God promises to restore Israel. He will bring them back from the nations among which they were scattered. He will pour out His Spirit upon them (Ezekiel 39:25-29).


What Do These Prophecies Predict?

In some of his previous prophecies, Ezekiel was given glimpses of the future when Israel would return to its land to rebuild and resettle. This began in the times of Ezra and Nehemiah. The prophecies we have outlined above look forward to the time of Esther and Mordecai when Mordecai issued a summons, authorized by King Ahasuerus, for the enemies of the Jews to come out to battle. The Jews slaughtered the enemy armies in great numbers.

Prior to that war, Gog in the person of Haman met his doom. He was hanged on the gallows he had made for Mordecai.

Also in Ezekiel's previous prophecies and visions there are sometimes a much more distant view over and beyond the nearer one. This is the time of Messiah and his kingdom of heaven. For example when God says, "My servant David will be king over them, and there will be one shepherd for all" he is speaking of the Messiah (of whom David is a type or symbol) (Ezekiel 37:24). Many times Old Testament prophecies are easier to understand when we realize that they may have a nearer and distant fulfillment. The nearer one may be a type or microcosm of the distant one.

So a prophecy may refer partly to the nearer event and partly to the distant event. For example the vision of the dry bones that came to life looks forward to the end of Israel's desolation and the return of the Israelites to the land. But the vision also may look forward far more distantly to the resurrection of the saints at the last day.

One might ask, "If the prophecy about the slaughter of Israel's enemies was fulfilled in Esther's time, what about the great earthquake that God said would happen? It is not mentioned in Esther and it would have wrecked the land and villages of Israel!" (Ezekiel 38:19-20). The verses about the earthquake look to the distant future and the destruction of the world at the last day when God will shake heaven and earth to destruction (Hebrews 12:25-29). God's people, the Israel of Christ, will go in victory to their eternal inheritance while their enemies and the antichrists perish.


Gog and Magog (Ezekiel)

Through Ezekiel, God addresses the nations whose ancestors were Magog, Tubal, and Meshech, sons of Noah's eldest son Japheth. Who these nations were and where they were situated is not certain. God includes many nations with them (Ezekiel 38:1-6).

Down the years Israel has known many enemies. Just as Gog is within the name Magog, so the spirit of antichrist is within the enemy nations. It is a sobering thought that even today there are nations who side with antichrist. Gog and Magog live on, but their final doom will come.
